Christopher has led resident centered affordable housing repositioning and large-scale redevelopment efforts with an annual budget of approximately $100 million. During his tenure at CBRE, Welltower (Healthcare REIT), and Housing Development Corporation Mid Atlantic he has overseen complex commercial tenant improvement build-outs, lease ups and stabilized a diversified portfolio. His portfolio consisted of office, medical office buildings, industrial, multifamily and mixed-use developments.
An entrepreneur at heart, he started by owning and operating a full service commercial and residential brokerage in Boca Raton, Florida where he sold, listed and leased residential and commercial properties. Areas of expertise include the following: Asset Management, Procurement, Financial Analysis, Facility Maintenance Management, Real Estate Acquisitions, Full Cycle Construction Management, Budget Development and Contract Negotiations to name a few.
Christopher Pitt graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science and later graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Business Administration with a Specialization in Real Estate. He holds industry best Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Rental Assistance Demonstration, and Asset Management certifications.
